• Starting pay is $16.00 up to $16.75 an hour
• Located 10 minutes from downtown St. Paul
• Sun - Fri; Saturday off, +1 weekday 
• 4PM Sunday, 6PM Monday - Friday to Production Completion 

Responsibilities

• Coring of Lettuce and Cabbage with tools recommended by Team or Area Lead.
• Hand cutting and peeling numerous types of fruits and vegetables.
• Being able to operate and read scales.
• General clean up duties (sweeping, emptying garbage, etc.)
• Washing down equipment with hoses.
• Operate any equipment necessary for the Production lines, such as conveyors, bin dumps, potato peelers, etc.
• Ensure Product Quality
• Follow all GMP’s.
• Food Safety as it relates to this position.
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous food production experience preferred
• Basic English skills
• Ability to work in a cold environment (0 degrees to 40 degrees) and wet at all times
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time (8+ hours per day)
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis
• Background and Drug Screen required
